With a large network of connections, influencers, and industry experts, Nancy serves clients and colleagues ferociously.
At an early age, Nancy knew the business of real estate was for her. She quickly understood the meaning of customer service while working at her parents' residential real estate office. Later, Nancy went to work for a regional multifamily developer, responsible for a portfolio of over 1,000 apartments.
Nancy stepped into the commercial real estate arena in the late 80's where young women were a scarcity. She represented the Lund Company, a local boutique firm where she hit the ground running working on any deals she could get her hands on. She built her business and her reputation.
After sixteen years working in commercial real estate, Nancy was ready for the next step. She was offered a position as senior vice president at CBRE MEGA. During her years at CBRE MEGA, Nancy honed her skills with regional and national clients. She was able to work with the "best of the best" in the industry with her CBRE colleagues around the country. Through mentorship, guidance, and a will to win, Nancy became a top broker in the City of Omaha.
Nancy has served on numerous philanthropic, industry-specific, and community boards. She has "returned the favor" to those who helped her along a successful path by mentoring young women in the industry.
